You have a patch of street, a modest pile of money and planning permission for a hundred storeys. Stack offices above the lobby, sell condos with a view, and try to keep the night bar away from the accountants — they file complaints. Everyone in your tower walks: lay walkways so people can reach an elevator, and give a busy shaft more cars before the queue starts writing reviews. Keep the little people happy and the stars follow — hotels, housekeeping dramas, cinemas, express lifts, and one very fussy VIP. When someone's grumbling, the Demands board knows who and why, and the HUD star tells you exactly what the next rating wants.
